Aldo Soltero is a Production Manager at Melbeck Designs.
He was the first official crew member, starting his career with the company in August 2020.
Aldo is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, ordering materials, managing vendor accounts, delivery, quality control,
and training new personnel.
Prior to that, Aldo worked for BrightView Landscape, previously Benchmark Landscape.
Aldo was born in Juarez, Mexico and earned an Associate’s Degree from Norwood University.
A man of few words, Aldo (a.k.a. ‘Heatwave’) enjoys football and cycling, has two dogs: Sassy and Canela, and is a certified
EMT, Phlebotomist, and EKG technician.
